Oak Stitched hollow vessel

Oak hollow vessel finished with acrylic and lacquer. This piece was turned while green to its final size and shape then put aside to dry. While drying the wood moves and sometimes cracks. I decided to highlight the cracks with stitching. The lid is not removable. 
 
Aprox. size is 18" tall and 12" wide
